of your bill, or believe a procedure or test may have been unnecessary. Why would I need discounted
prescriptions if I have coverage? Sometimes a much needed medication is very costly and hard to locate,
and that is where we can step in and do the work for you.

Our mission here at United RX is to be your advocate to get the best and lowest possible cost for your medications. We will do the footwork and the negotiating necessary to make sure you are covered. United RX will work with manufacturers to offer the lowest costs for your prescriptions. We will also be your voice when it comes to negotiating insurance claims and bills. How It Works
First, you’ll receive an email from us. This email will include an electronic DocuSign form and a few other documents including HIPAA application and release form. Once all documents are complete, send them back to us. Once all required information and documents have been received and reviewed, you will be contacted by a pharmacy representative (within 48-72 hours). Lastly, you will receive a welcome letter and package from us!

How do I sign up?
To sign up simply locate the Welcome email that we sent to you, properly fill out your documents and send them back to us. If you are having trouble locating your email you can also download the forms right here from our website and send them back to us via email.
What does United RX do for me?
United RX helps to cover some or most of the cost of high dollar medication payments. This is especially important during this nation-wide pandemic, when every dollar counts.
How do I use unitedRx?
With unitedRx you get a specialist in coverage to go over your medications, all doses and prescribing doctor information and the work with the manufacturers directly to get your drug cost down
How does URX get low prices?
We can get our client's the lowest prices because we work directly with the manufacturer to ensure that you are getting the best possible discount on your medication out there.
Is URX the same as Health Insurance? - can I use with insurance/without insurance?
URX is not insurance. We are a health care advocacy program that specializes
in helping to make sure that you, as our client, get your medications for the most reasonable price. Your health and your pockets are what we want to help to take care of!
Yes, unitedRx can be used if you are insured or uninsured. As United RX provides you with coupons which are often more affordable than your copay.
Can I use the same discount/coupon for each refill?
You will receive a card to use for all prescriptions. This card will be your coupon, through your account with us. You will not have to go locate individual coupon codes, because it is all on your card.
Yes, you can use it in conjunction with your existing drug plan. The expiration length will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and depending on if the drug is listed as a registered narcotic, but we take care of all of that for you. Our job is to make sure your account stays up to date.
What pharmacies accept United RX?
The card that you receive can be used at any of the pharmacy's nationwide; from CVS, Walgreens, and Publix, to Costco, Kroger and Rite Aid and more.
